Instragram using terms

Related to the video “Who owns your data?” I posted yesterday (see Who owns your data?), here you have a pic of some of the using terms of the app Instagram. Please take a look at it. Maybe if we read the terms before accepting them, we won’t use the app!!

It’s got interesting vocabulary about contracts, terms, conditions… as well.

Which one do you think is the less acceptable?

  1. I could hardly say which of them is the most unnaceptable, but num. 2 and num. 5 are very good candidates for me…
    And, what about num. 10 ? Seriously?😲😲😲😲
It doesn’t matter if you accept or not, or even if you understand the meaning and significance of your acceptance: it is open to any change without your notice, and what is worse, without your previous consent…

  2. I agree with you Desiree, I was shocked the first time I read it. Maybe one of the problems here is that the digital era is growing so much and becoming so important so fast that governments don’t have time (or the will, who knows) to make laws to regulate these types of terms and conditions.
